TRANSLATION

From anger, complete delusion arises, and from delusion bewilderment of memory. When memory is bewildered, intelligence is lost, and when intelligence is lost one falls down again into the material pool.

Dhyana : Continue from above sloka.
Step-1 : Sit peacefully and in a relaxed manner. Observe the balance of mind, how it is rational in thinking and you are aware of yourself and aware of what is right and wrong.
Step-2 : Bring to your mind and remember the experience when you are in a fit of rage. Try to remember whether at the time of the rage, there is a awareness of right and wrong. Are you aware of yourself when in anger, Do you have control over what you speak and do ? Contemplate and understand the state of mind when one is in anger. Where did the rational thinking person go when you are angry ? make a choice of not getting angry again.
